By teaching and guiding your workforce to apply quality science problem solving techniques (DMAIC, ANOVA, DOE) you can reduce quality defects.  This leads to minimizing or eliminating quality reject rework loops, reducing overtime costs, decreasing operational costs and thus increasing daily production volumes and helping to meet cost profit targets

Next step is to document your cost savings (Kaizens) and apply the Lessons Learned across all applicable processes in your factory (value stream).   We guide your team to implement permanent corrective action through Poka-yoke, or error proofing techniques to prevent recurrence of solved quality problems.
